Frank Huckerby attested for the Royal Horse Artillery and served with ‘R’ Battery in South Africa during the Boer War; and subsequently during the Great War on the Western Front from 24 January 1915.

First set of service papers show born Horninglow, Burton on Trent; served in RHA from 1890 – 1902; WW1 papers do not appear to have survived.

With copied Medal Index Card and medal roll.

Condition – VF – edge bruising throughout, nearly very fine
