Douglas J Handford was born in St Simons, Bristol in 1894.

He landed in France on the 31st March 1915, with his TFEM being gazetted 1st August 1919. MIC confirms change in service number.

The Silver War Badge roll shows that he was discharged due to Wounds received overseas, he was discharged on the 29 January 1919.
