Frederick Charles Sargent served in the 11th battalion Manchester Regiment and is confirmed on his MIC as receiving only a pair., the Pension record card for his gives his address as St Andrews Road, Bexhill on Sea.
London Gazette 17th September 1917 confirms his appointment as a temporary 2nd Lieutenant.
He died on the 24th May 1977
