David Packham was born at Tellingly Hailsham 1875, enlisted 11th November 1895, and served in Gibraltar, Eypt, Malta, and South Africa, also receiving the Queens Sudan and Khedives Sudan medals.
Wounded in Action at Belmont 23rd November 1899 whilst serving in the 3rd Battalion Genadier Guards.
Discharged on the 10th November 1907
