Samuel Albion Greenwood was born in 1886. He enlisted on the 26th July 1916 and served in France from the 3rd August 1917.
He served initially in the Royal Flying corps from 26th July 1916 and was transferred to the Royal Airforce in April 1918.
To the reserves 16th June 1919
His papers show issued the ww1 pair on 1st September 1919
