Jesse Skingle was born in Dunmow, Chelmsford, Essex in 1873, he enlisted on the 5th January 1892.
Served at home to 3rd February 1893, India to 7th October 1899, South Africa to 1st July 1902, Army reserve to 4th January 1904.
He medals and clasps confirmed in both his service papers and medal rolls.
Condition – VF, two edge bruises to QSA
