Arthur Wood served in both the Derby Yeomanry and Royal Engineers.
His MIC shows he landed in Egypt on the 19th April 1915, also serving with service no 568032 with the R.E. and The Derby Yeomanry, service no 1491.
It is most likely he was serving in 1/1 Derby Yeomanry when he arrived in Egypt, they went onto serve in Gallipoli , returning to Egypt in December 1915.
Discharged 19th July 1919.
Condition – GVF, lightly polished.
