George Gordon Pemberton was the son of George Gordon and Sarah Maud Pemberton of Wallasey, Cheshire, born in 1908.
He was Killed in Action on the 1st May 1943 whilst serving in the 1st battalion Kings Shropshire Light Infantry in North Africa.
He is buried at El Alia cemetery Algiers.
Condition – NEF, except for some edge nicks in the IGS.
