Pte Percy Thomas Chapman was born in Camberwell, London in 1879 and enlisted in the 6th Dragoons in February 1900. and served until July 1906.
He served in South Africa from the 11th March 1901 to the 15th August 1902

Medal has been lacquered , with a couple of edge knocks, generally GVF
