Victory medal – 4th later 10th battalion Kings Shropshire Light Infantry. (wounded Sept 1918)
Victory medal, 35749 Pte A.C. Collins . K.S.L.I.
Alfred Charles Collins transferred from the reserve battalion to the K.S.L.I. on the 25th March 1918, joint the 4th battalion on the 3rd April 1918.
He was wounded in mid September 1918, and is on the wounded list in the Ludlow Advertiser of the 12th October 1918.
Later served in the 10th battalion K.S.L.I.
His MIC confirms entitled to a pair.
Condition – Fine, polished.
